With a surge of luxury projects emerging in PCMC, they sought a partner who could help them create a unique identity for their luxury development and ensure it stood apart from the competition.

THE CHALLENGE

The key challenge was to identify the project’s X factor in a market saturated with similar offerings. We decided to extrapolate the project's USPs by collaborating closely with the architect—something few developers do when marketing real estate. Our goal was to deliver a game-changing approach that would create a buzz in the market

The project held IGBC Platinum pre-certification and was adorned with a green cover of more than 300 trees.

This prestigious certification supports the creation of eco-friendly buildings that significantly reduce carbon footprints and conserve resources, all while adhering to stringent construction quality standards.

And there was our eureka moment!

We realised the power of green; a sustainable approach. We decided to make sustainability the focal point of our campaign, moving away from conventional luxury messaging. Instead, we built a compelling story around the project's planet-friendly aspects.

Recognising our target audience, a niche crowd of young IT professionals with a passion for sustainability, we tailored the messaging to resonate with their eco-conscious values.

Go green or go home. Well, both worked in our favour! Right from the name of the project, "Amberwood" (suggested by us), we strongly believed that it would be the most relevant name, conveying a deep-rootedness in nature. The developers personally got involved to carry forward the green theme, even changing the entire landscaping to align with the name "Amberwood."The project adopted a green persona that had been lying latent.

Speaking of the green persona, the brochure we created for Amberwood was nothing short of dramatic. From using recycled paper for printing to incorporating striking facade lines inspired by rustic wood textures, it was a brochure to behold.

We even aligned the design with the architect’s vision. What most real estate brochures lack is a deep architectural understanding. We went above and beyond, explaining and expounding the energy-efficient systems, layout versatility, space allocation, and zoning through axonometric drawings and more. We meticulously explored the finer details of architecture, getting to the nitty-gritties of it all, resulting in a user-friendly yet visually captivating brochure.

But that’s not all. We ensured the sales team stayed motivated by sharing green quotes to encourage them on the sustainable path they had chosen, and we gifted saplings to their homebuyers without exception. We also spotlighted the project's green features in our captivating walkthrough, delivering a complete 360° brand experience for every buyer.

If we can incorporate green into every element of our projects, we can certainly take it to the green screen as well! A stellar ad film was created to highlight the sustainability-driven ethos of Amberwood, further reinforcing how a green future begins at home. It was an educational effort that emphasised an intergenerational take on eco-aspirations!

The Amberwood logo creatively incorporates the infinity symbol, formed by elegant leaves. This design not only embodies the core value of sustainability but also reflects the abundant amenities, lush greenery, and luxurious offerings that make this project truly one of a kind!

The execution for this project was successfully carried out via crafting 3Ds, an immersive walkthrough, futuristic and photo-realistic displays of the property via Blackboxx Real as well as across ATL platforms through mediums such as print, outdoor, on-site branding, and the like. To add a more personalised touch to the project, an eco-conscious kit was designed, featuring a mug, plantable pencil and diary, coasters, perfume, candle, and more.

It wasn’t just about selling homes; it was about inviting others to be part of a movement, a journey where luxury and nature coexist in perfect harmony.
