This question quizzed by Mr. Amar Gulwade from Square One, is where it all started and challenged the very basics and conventions of real estate.
Takes an alpha to create one in the realm of real estate. From ideation to execution, every meticulous detail of the project, be it the Yellow Swimming Pool, the Magazine, or the Site Office, exudes raw class. We studied, researched and referenced fashion and its related fields to maintain the swankiness of it all. We created a product, class apart to the T, and a residential experience that is truly in vogue.

The birth of the aforementioned advertising campaign, centred on everything loud, outrageous, and bold, marked a turning point. Envogue1 drew on the cornerstone of the brand that we created: Envogue.
Envogue is maverick; it is something that cannot be confined to the shackles of rules. Envogue is an antidote to everything ordinary. Where no developer dared to take on this adventurous campaign, Mr. Sumit Tayal from Unique Spaces, took a bold leap and put his faith in us and in Envogue Envogue1 serves as a testament to homes inspired by the avant-garde nature of fashion, a harmonious blend of luxury and style that resonates with the daring and the distinctive.
Our journey involved an in-depth exploration of architectural possibilities, birthing the concept of a Yellow Swimming Pool and a Golden Jacuzzi. This outlandish idea was conceptualised with the intent of creating a distinctly different feature at Envogue1.
Multiple variations were created to build a logo family for Envogue1. For a project that comes from a brand that doesn’t adhere to conventions, we went against the rules of basic design and created multiple logo variations with an array of bold colours and fonts.
The Envogue1 brochure wasn’t just a brochure; it was a magazine in itself. The Magazine was a masterpiece, standing out from the crowd with a class-apart blend of inspiration drawn from top-tier fashion magazines like Vogue, Grazia, and GQ. Every aspect, from the bold visuals to the layout and non-traditional communication, reflected the allure of renowned fashion publications.
Our creativity was a catalyst that permeated every nook and cranny of the project, including amenities.
The physical spaces pulsated with a funky and bold character, incorporating a peppy colour palette and
embodying the project persona.
Much like an upbeat funk album that evokes reactions and tells a story, the walkthrough at Envogue1 was designed to elicit a range of sensations and impressions, much like a cinematic experience.
The Site Office for Envogue1 also spoke volumes about our creative influence on the project. From abstract geometric patterns to plush decor, every little detail summed up to the perfect backdrop for Envogue1. Shedding light on the posters at display, we chose characters from pop-fiction who truly embodied the spirit of Envogue1 - ranging from the swanky Mad Hatter to the trendy Joker.
The visual storytelling on the website page is a captivating narrative that unfolds as you scroll through. From bold visuals that showcase the signature product to dynamic offerings that bring the project to life, every element speaks the same design language.
The colour palette resonates with the project’s personality—bold, vibrant, and chic. It’s not just about aesthetics; it’s about creating an online experience that mirrors the fashionable ambiance of Envogue1’s 3 & 4 BHK Avant-Garde residences.

Envogue1 became an instant hit with the sale of 30% of the launched inventory in the first month itself! The powerful concept behind Envogue made the project incredibly impactful. With a minimal budget and a shift from conventional advertising methods, in the absence of a sample or show flat, the project achieved staggering success. This was a fresh and conscious approach to promotion compared to other players in the vicinity who invested heavily in outdoor spreads, print ads, and other ATL platforms.
