Nirman District is a unique township in the coveted locale of Tathawade; brought to life by realtor Nirman Greens. The District was primarily known for being home to the luxurious residential project known as Astropolis.
Our key challenge here was to successfully differentiate between Astropolis (the well-known luxury project), and Cosmopolis -- an upcoming ultraluxury project that was (way more than) a notch-above Astropolis in terms of its features, amenities, and offerings.
Pictures speak louder than words. And thus, the simplest way to differentiate between two (relatively similar) brand offerings is to differentiate them visually; and of course, via the verbiage used as well.
To begin with, we gave Cosmopolis an even more premium look (when compared with that of Astropolis); to create a clear distinction and differentiation between both of these luxury offerings. Finally, we made sure to achieve our end goals without deviating from the original templates for the Nirman District creatives, thereby keeping our communications in sync with all that had been released (under the brand name of Nirman District) previously.
The campaign was executed seamlessly across ATL and Digital platforms.
