Situated on the outskirts of Bilaspur, the concept of township, a gated community living consisting all the amenities and necessities inside the project was quite a novel concept. The aim of all the marketing collaterals was to incept the idea of township being the better way of living.
Establishing the concept of township
Revolving around the punchline ‘My World, My Swarnabhoomi’, the idea behind the ad was to establish the thought of a holistic real estate project that has everything one dreams about when purchasing a home and planning for the future.
To showcase the widespread landscapes wide angle cameras were chosen. Since the architecture concept was revolving around western way of life, the visualisations were depicted in bright, crisp sunny mornings and darker shades of the colour pallete for impression of richness.
To capture the rich hues of the outdoors as well as the indoors, the video was shot with Arri Alexa (a camera used by hollywood and bollywood filmmakers) and drone. The task of capturing the highlights of this 150+ acre project was completed within a week.
The aim of the photography was to capture the finer nuances of the lifestyle offered by this township.
